This watercolor abstract helped to remind me about why I paint--to connect to beauty, which I feel is one of the sustaining things of our lives. Beauty, in my opinion, builds a powerful, brilliant energy that feeds the soul of every being, even the ones that seem to us to not even be alive. I chose to refer to botanical forms in this painting, as I often do.
The original watercolor painting is 9 x 12"/23 x 30cm on heavy cotton watercolor paper. It has a narrow (~1/4") and is ready to frame.
